If you have no heating and/or no hot water and the pressure gauge on your boiler is below 1, it is likely the problem can be resolved by topping up the pressure.

Most boilers especially if newly installed have a lever or switch is which designed for the user/tenant to operate. You do not have to be plumber to take the action required to top the water back up.

The lever or switches will depend on the type of boiler you have. If you are not sure put the make and model in google and a guide or video link will be available.
