Once any planning has been approved, the Pm Team will deliver the course of work to the agreed budget and timescale dictated by the high-level strategy of the acquisition with the in-house build team. This ensures investors achieve extremely competitive pricing because of the volume of projects we deliver on a monthly basis.
Once works are signed off, the lettings team will ensure the asset is fully compliant with its sector and begin the process of tenanting the property with a tenant profile that aligns with the agreed strategy and maintain the property for the foreseeable, working in line with the preventative plan produced by the PM team to ensure the property is proactivley maintained.
Once the investment has been up and running for a predetermined period of time, the asset management team will assess and review the performance and ensure it is in line with the strategy agreed upon and performance is optimal. If there is any gearing, the asset management team will communicate directly with the lettings team to deliver this in a seamless procedure.
